The atrium is the heart of the villa. Flooded with sunlight from above, you are surrounded by one of the most breathtaking views in all of the Aegean.

Main Entrance

The main hallway is all marble, adorned by stucco Venetian terra cotta columns and overlooks the sunken living room, sitting room and dinning room area.

Flanked with more elegant columns, the whole living area offers several cozy spots to watch the boats sail through the straits and gaze at the nearby islands.

Sitting Room

The sitting room adjoining the living room is also facing the sea to the south through 5 huge windows, with the semicircular marble sitting bench and the simple and airy golden curtains specifically designed to allow for maximum viewing of the Aegean.

The ceiling fan will always offer a cool breeze on a warm summer night. The hidden lighting of the sitting room adds to the warmth of the room with its low intensity and glow.

 

Living Room Area

The living room is furnished with two leather couches and a recliner chair and coffee table and side tables all in the Ralph Lauren style, high quality, simple elegant lines with great comfort in mind. Of course they are set right in front of the huge double sliding glass doors to insure maximum view of the sea, the coast line and to the right the mountain range with the incredible sun set. Elegance, quality and comfort!

 

Dining Room Set

Of the highest quality of "Hendredon" tradition (after all we live in North Carolina part of the year) , this dining room set and hutch can accommodate at least 12 guests comfortably. And again, what is a nice meal without the perfect view any time of the day?

Step outside to one of the two large balconies that adjoin the atrium and feel the constant breeze and salty sea air caress your skin. The top of the line patio furniture will be beckoning you to have breakfast out there or enjoy the great summer evenings! You have to choose between the living room couches and the patio! What a choice for you to make!

Our signature copper Pegasus sculpture adorns the dining area and provides a divider to the kitchen and dinette area.

In the evening, the thousands of lights far off the coast line complemented by the beautiful sky lit by thousands of stars will forever stay in your memory. The full moon nights are unforgettable. Just ask our other guests!
